This information, provided pursuant to Art. 13 of the European Regulation on the protection of personal data, will not be valid for other websites that may be consulted through links on the website in the domain of the owner. The owner will not be held responsible in any way for third-party websites.

The processing will be carried out both with manual and computerized and telematic tools in compliance with the regulations in force and the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance, completeness and not excess, accuracy and with organization and processing logics strictly correlated to the aims pursued and in any case in order to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data processed, in compliance with the organizational, physical and logical measures envisaged by current regulations.
For the purposes expressed in this statement, only non-specific personal data will be processed.
1. Types of processed data and purpose of processing.
1.1. Data to allow correct navigation.
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, the URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in the submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed in aggregate form for the purpose of:
- To obtain statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
- Check the correct functioning of the services offered.
The navigation data do not persist for more than seven days and are canceled immediately after their aggregation (except for any need for the investigation of crimes by the Judicial Authority).
1.2. Access to the Site.
Access the Site and establish a commercial contact between parties interested in renting motorbikes and renters. The latter will load their products on the Site detailing their offers and interested parties will have the opportunity to consult them and choose the preferred product.
At the time of contact between the interested party and the renter, the latter will submit his / her own information regarding the processing of personal data to be used exclusively for the rental of motor vehicles.
The information provided by the user of the Site involves the acquisition by the Data Controller of the data subject and the charterer necessary to perform the activities offered by the Site.
Please note that special (ex-sensitive) data are not requested or intended to be processed. Failure to provide the requested data could make it impossible for the Data Controller to follow up on the activity. Please note that the data provided may be processed for the protection of the legitimate interests of the owner, including in particular the defense in court. Also in this case the principles of necessity, proportionality, non-surplus will be applied and the conservation will be aligned with what was previously indicated. The legal basis applicable for all the purposes indicated can be identified in the treatment necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or in the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same (Reg Ue 679/16 – art.6 letter b), or for legitimate interests (EU Regulation art. 6 letter f).
1.3. Direct marketing.
Direct marketing related to the services offered through the site by sending advertising, informative, promotional material, offers aimed at rewarding users and conducting market research. These activities can be carried out using “traditional” direct sales methods (paper mail and / or calls from operators), or through “automated” contact systems: mailing and telephone message sending systems. The data provided for the purposes indicated above will be kept until the end of marketing activities or up to its opposition. 2. Dissemination, possible recipients or categories of data recipients
No data will be disseminated in any way. The data provided will be processed exclusively by persons authorized for processing and appropriately instructed, under the control of the Data Controller, as well as by data controllers linked to the Data Controller by a specific contract (Article 28 of Regulation 679/18), such as: company that they provide services for the management of websites, which manage the various services / programs or that respond to users’ requests on behalf of the Owner. The data will be processed in the EU. In the latter case, through the stipulation of standard contractual clauses promoted by the EU commission and in any case by persons appointed as Data Processors of the processing of personal data. The list updated with the identification details of all Data Processors may be requested by you at any time from the aforementioned Owner. The data may also be communicated to Third Parties (Public Bodies, Police Forces, Judicial Authorities, etc.), but exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling legal or regulatory obligations or community legislation.
